Os 40 melhores jogos de 2022 para PlayStation, segundo o Metacritic
Desenvolvido pela FromSoftware, Elden Ring foi eleito pelo Metacritic o melhor game de 2022 para PlayStation. Vencedor do prêmio de jogo do ano no The Game Awards, o título também ocupou o topo da lista do Xbox. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition e God of War: Ragnarok completam o top três das plataformas da Sony.
Na elaboração da listagem, o Metacritic levou em conta todos os jogos lançados entre 1 de janeiro e 31 de dezembro de 2022. Participaram do levantamento somente os games com ao menos sete avaliações publicadas no site. Se um título foi lançado para PlayStation 4 e PlayStation 5, apenas a versão com a maior quantidade de críticas entrou no ranking. Os games foram classificados, em 31 de dezembro, pelo Metascore, a média ponderada das pontuações registradas no site, antes do arredondamento.
